These series of images, will show you how easy this NEW system is to put together. Requiring little knowledge and very few tools to put a "Quad" together.
The base unit must be levelled. All you need is a level.
The proper levelling of this unit will make the rest go easy.
With a total of 4 levellers, located at each end, it takes 2 minutes.
Levelling in both direction is important.
The second step is to lay-out your electrical harness.
This is the most simple electrical system on the market. Simply plug together and it's done
Clip it all together according to the lay-out plan supplied.
Once together, it forms a harness. This system provides 2 circuits at 20 amps. The duplex dedicates which circuit will be used.
Slip the harness into the end grommet
Snap the harness into the clips inside the base unit.
Close the access doors.
The next step is to put the framed panels above the unit.
Each panel fastens together at each end with easy pins and clips already installed
Mount all panels together to form the first row of panels together.
One panel just slips into the other. No tools required.
Using the provided assembly bolts, attach the first row of panels to the base unit.
Tighten the bolts to the base unit.
Here you go. The first row is in place. This step took lest than 15 minutes.
To install the second row, you simply locate the pin/screws above the first row panels.
In the same step as the first row, put all the second row panels together.
Slip the panels together from the "pin" and "clips" sytem.
Once all the panels are together. Position the row above the first row of panels and slide them together so that the 2 rows attach together.
Once in position, they all line up
The ends are flush. This step took less than 5 minutes.
The entire "Base Unit" with 2 rows of framed panels is together. This all operation should have taken less than 30 minutes.
The next step prepares for the surfaces to be attached to this base unit.
Install the brackets in place.
Install/mount the metal bases to the table surfaces.
A cordless screwdriver will make the job go a lot faster.
When the metal bases are installed on all the tables, bring the table to the brackets that you have installed on the base unit.
Line up the table to brackets.
Fasten the table surface to the brackets.
One table fastened, 3 to go
This entire step should have taken 20 minutes.
If the system has shelving, the next step is to install the holding screws.
Hold the shelf against the pins.
Slip it into position by sliding it down
Using a rubber mallet, tap the shelf unit down gently until the unit is flush to the top of the framed panel. With 4 shelf units, this step took less than 5 minutes.
Verify your leveling once more to make sure that nothing moved.
You simply have to clean it up and install the accessories if so equiped.
Bring on the storage units, the pedestals and/or what ever was provided.
This beautiful set-up was put together by 2 installers in approximately 45 minutes.
The final step is to have electrified. A certified electician will be required to bring power to the harness. Unless, you ordered an plug-in that simply plugs into an existing duplex
All modular storages are equiped with the necessary accessories to get to work right away.
Many accessories are available. The framed grooved panel for accessories give you the advantage of laying them out up high, or at the surface level. Task lighting could also be provided.
Easy to follow plan is included.
